I can’t tell you how many times I have been out and about and have accidentally “whipped off” one of my eyebrows. Or taken a peak in the mirror to notice I started the day looking fresh and put together but now I look like a racoon. INFINITY WATERPROOF LASH ADHESIVE

I was so excited, and a little intimidated to try the lash adhesive. It has been a few years since I have used false lashes! Following the instructions, I first lined my lashes with eyeliner. Then I applied the adhesive on the base of the faux lashes and bent them in a horseshoe shape for a minute. Then I tapped and pressed the faux eyelashes onto my eyelid.

First of all this glue is better than any other lash glue I have ever tried. It is so thin I had no problem applying it to my faux lashes. I was nervous I might not have put enough on, when I tapped them to my lid I was able to move them until I had them placed just right on my eyelid. My fingers were not covered in glue. My eyelid didn’t have glue residue either. Win, Win. Problems of the past!!!

Now for the true test. I wore them for an entire day playing with my two kids. And if they can withstand all that without falling off, that is saying something. In the past when I wore false lashes I ALWAYS kept a bobby pin and tube of eyelash glue in my purse just in case I bumped them or they started to fall off. I purposely left the glue at home because this was a test of durability after all.

They stayed perfectly in place all day long. I actually didn’t even notice they were on by the time I got home! The instructions say to use an oil based cleanser to remove. I went old school and just peeled them off. No irritation at all, they were very easy to remove. Another win the glue was easily removed from the lashes themselves for future uses.

INFINITY WATERPROOF EYELINER

Lately I have been obsessed with creating what I call the “Lisa Rinna” eye. Basically a daytime smokey eye, that takes less than 5 minutes, and you can’t mess it up. The infinity waterproof eyeliner is the perfect starting point. It is soft and so easy to apply AND it has a smudge tip at the end to blend easily. It is a twist up pencil and has a built in sharpener for creating a fine line as well. The pigments are rich and creamy. Best part is it actually stays put!

So to create my favorite eye! Line your lid with Infinity Waterproof Eyeliner and then smudge to create a thick line on your upper lid and a fine line on your lower lid. Pick an eyeshadow a shade lighter than your eyeliner. I like to use Thrive Infinity Eyeliner in Slate Grey, and the Dawn shade (shimmery rose brown) from my Jane Iredale In the Blink of a Smokey Eye pallet. For an extra umph I like to put the Rose Gold (shimmery rose gold) from the same pallet in the crease and Pure Gold (shimmery bright gold) under the arch of my brow and to highlight the rest of my face.
