EYE SCREAM YOU SCREAM WE ALL SCREAM FOR EYE CREAM!

I think I love eye cream more than ice cream! Especially when it is non-toxic and filled with amazing things for your eyes and your body. Because let’s face it, the majority of the year that is all people see is our faces. And I don’t don’t about you but I would like to age as gracefully as possible.

So I have put four coveted and praised green beauty eye products into the ring to duke it out.

LAUREL EYE SERUM

The Laurel Eye Serum was the first eye serum I added to my green beauty collectection and it remains a staple. Best used in the pm and say bye bye bye to crows feet! This one knocks it out of the park in terms of anti-aging and moisturizing!

This serum features a whole plant blend of Bilberry, Fennel, Licorice,Nettle, Chamomile, and Rosehips to brighten and reduce the appearance of dark circles, strengthen capillaries, and to reduce puffiness, inflammation, and fluid retention. The blend is high in vitamins and minerals as well as carotenes. A delicate, intoxicating blend of organic and therapeutic grade essential oils: Rose, Roman Chamomile, and Sandalwood, are included to soothe and awaken tired eyes and reduce the appearance of fine lines.

ONE LOVE ORGANICS VITAMIN E BALM

Because I love everything from One Love Organics I had to try their Vitamin E Balm! And as expected I loved it. Best used at night. It is a thick balm that is very nourishing and diminished my dark circles overnight!

butyrospermum parkii (shea) butter*, jojoba esters (and) tocopherol, helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil*, punica granatum (pomegranate) sterols, adansonia digitata (baobab) oil*, aspalathus linearis (rooibos) extract*, centella asiatica (gotu kola) extract*, euphrasia officinalis (eyebright) extract*, caprylic/capric triglyceride (and) alaria esculenta (kelp) extract, lavandula angustifolia (lavender) essential oil*, foeniculum vulgare (fennel) essential oil*

LILFOX KALAHARI WATERMELON EYE SERUM

This Kalahari Eye Serum has been the talk of the town lately, did someone say prickly pear? Yes, the new formulation now contains prickly pear seed oil! Best used in the am I noticed an immediate tightening under and around my eyes. Plus this is a roll on and the serum is light enough to not only be able to wear under makeup but it makes my makeup look better. SCORE!

Star ingredient Kalahari oil cold pressed from African watermelon seeds.  Is rich in Omega 6 essential fatty acids and Omega 9 fatty acids and has been prized in native cultures for its high nutritive content. Repairs oxidative damage and promotes a youthful glow while it’s light texture allows formula to absorb quickly.

MOSS BEHOLD SEAWEED + COFFEE ACTIVE LIPID CREAM FOR EYES

Yup that is quite a mouthful and for good reason. Remember that “Best All Around” category for your high school yearbook. Well this one wins in for me in the eye category. Best used in the pm, the Behold Eye Cream smooths, tightens, and brightens my under eye area. TRIFECTA!

Addresses dark eye circles with an exotic ingredient array that includes Vitamin K1 rich green spinach oil, and Vitamin K2 rich organic ghee. Fenugreek CO2 and Butcher’s Broom create a powerful synergy and work to lighten dark eye circles as well.

Green coffee bean oil and Coffee CO2 extract work synergistically to help tighten and firm sagging skin. Puffy skin is soothed and neutralized with Cypress, Nettle and Arnica, which get lymph moving, bring down swelling and offer rest and relief.

Horsetail helps rebuild collagen and firm skin and Castor Bean smoothes and prevents fine lines.

Kokum butter is astringent and often used in anti-aging formulas, as it helps to tighten skin and restore youthful elasticity.

A powerful concert of four CO2 extracts including coffee and sea buckthorn offer an impressive spectrum of antioxidant activity, as well as bountiful nourishment.

Beautiful, powerful, non-irritating, non-comedogenic.
