It all started when I was introduced to Whole30. Loved the book It Starts With Food. I’ve migrated a bit to more of a Paleo diet and have never felt better and am having so much fun cooking. There is now a huge stack of Paleo cookbooks in my living room. If you follow me on Instagram/Facebook or here on the blog you’ll see lots of food posts. After coming across the book Skin Cleanse, I realized what I put ON my body is just as important as what I put IN my body. I first found DIY recipes for household products. And then made the switch or organic/natural/non-toxic for my body and beauty regime. Including makeup and deodorant! I will expand on each of these individually as I have had many requests for the recipes and products I am using.
